Shipping Carriers

Website orders typically ship behalf UPS or USPS. We can ship to virtually any valid address globally including APO and FPO. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When Does My Order Ship?

Orders placed on our website typically ship within a few days from when the order was placed excluding weekends. In the event we do not have stock of an item and need to produce it the timeframe to ship is between 3 to 12 days. Rare instances could take up to 3 weeks. We will contact you via email if the order will take longer than 10 days to ship from your order date.  

Shipping Rates

Our website shipping calculator is directly tied into our company UPS and USPS account. Each item for sale on our website is assigned a weight and dimension that is taken into account when the shipping rate is generated during order checkout. Sometimes for unknown reasons the shipping rate can be presented much higher than it should be. In this this instance we manually correct it to the actual shipping cost resulting in the lowering of the shipping cost from what appears on the invoice during checkout. Each order is manually checked to ensure extra inflation to shipping cost hasn't occurred. In the event it does we manually correct it by lowering it to the actual cost. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

It's common the buyer will choose the lower cost carrier when checking out. Other instances the buyer chooses a specific carrier for specific reasons. We mostly honor the client carrier of choice however instances arise where we may elect to use the alternate carrier for the delivery of your package. Any price decrease in shipping specific to this instance will be passed onto the customer and will be reflected in your final sales invoice. 

Returns & Refund Policy

Tactical Concealment LLC will not accept product returns without prior written correspondence from the buyer along with our issuing you a returns RMA number. Returned items are non refundable, however store credit and/or exchanges are welcomed. Returned items received will be inspected and must be in new, unsoiled condition, accompanied with all original packaging materials. Regardless of return or refund the buyer is responsible for shipping cost to and from Tactical Concealment LLC. Special circumstances will be considered.

Shipping Discrepancies, Delivery Errors, Packages Not Received 

Tactical Concealment is in business to serve you and for active duty military/government personnel we understand the importance of timely execution. In the rare event a shipping/delivery error occurs it's guaranteed "We'll Be On It". Instances where the delivery error made is behalf the package carrier often lead to a inconvenience on the buyers part and unfortunately requires the loss of their valuable time to get resolved. Should this occur the path to resolution becomes the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer can inform the seller of the problem however must contact the carrier directly and work toward resolution. For post office deliveries indicating the package "has been delivered" to you but you do not have possession of it requires you do the following: 

   Locate and contact your local post office that delivers to your residence.

   Ask to speak with a Delivery Supervisor, Postal Inspector or Post Master. They can check the GPS coordinates of the package where it was scanned when delivered 

   If it matches your address then look around for it again otherwise it was stolen.

   If the GPS coordinates don't match up the delivery supervisor can have the letter carrier who delivered it to the wrong address go to that customers residence and try to get the misdelivered package back. 

   If they cant get it back then you have the option to file a police report as it was stolen.

 
This instance is rare however does occur. Tactical Concealment does not offer product purchase refunds in the instance the carrier indicates the package was delivered regardless you have possession of the package or not.  We will however do our best to work with you through the issue to locate the package and may choose to offer you a replacement product at a substantial discounted price to help you through the unfortunate situation.
